Synopsis (from Goodreads): A journey may take hundreds of miles, or it may cover the distance between duty and desire. Sixteen of today’s hottest writers of paranormal tales weave stories on a common theme of journeying. Authors such as Kelley Armstrong, Rachel Caine, and Melissa Marr return to the beloved worlds of their bestselling series, while others, like Claudia Gray, Kami Garcia, and Margaret Stohl, create new land-scapes and characters. But whether they’re writing about vampires, faeries, angels, or other magical beings, each author explores the strength and resilience of the human heart.

Enthralled is an anthology of short stories by my favourite YA authors out there today. I am not going to get into a story by story breakdown of this collection because that would just be too long and monotonous. However, there were some stories that stood out to me leaving an impression.

These stories are Giovanni's Farwell (which left me aching for more), Let's Get This Undead Show On The Road (which had a cast of memorable characters with great one liners that had me laughing out loud several times), Red Run (a ghost story that was a real scare), Niederwald (which is a beautifully written story about harpies), Facing Facts (Armstrong doesn't disappoint with another great story) and Gargouille (a bittersweet pure romance story that was a delight to read).

Overall, I enjoyed this anthology and would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of these fabulous writers. This collection of sixteen short stories is full of paranormal goodness, romance, and journeys that are sure to please any YA fan.
